- The Hirer is responsible for the good order and conduct of their patrons.
- The Hirer is responsible for any damage to fixtures and fittings and will incur charges for their replacement.
- The Hirer must ensure that any kitchen equipment that is used is washed, dried and replaced in its correct storage place.
- Any rubbish that results from activities during the hire period should be bagged and placed near the rear kitchen door. If extra cleaning is caused this will incur charges.
- Use of any specialist equipment e.g. stage lighting, sound system etc. provided by the Trust will incur extra charges. The Manager can advise.
- A £50.00 cleaning bond will be required at time of booking, this will be deducted from the final invoice if clients 'leave the Hall as they would expect to find it'. With the co-operation of hirers it will be possible to keep running costs to an essential minimum. This in turn could lead to a reduction in the hire charges.
- The Trust does not accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings or injury incurred by any person taking part in an activity in the Hall.
